Cognac Mint Frappe

A tempting recipe for Cognac Mint Frappe made with cognac and white creme de menthe.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz cognac
3/4 oz white creme de menthe

Method:
Mix and pour into a champagne saucer filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint, and serve with a short straw.

Serve in:
Champagne Saucer
