A gratifying recipe for Colony Room Cocktail made with Ricard® pastis, gin, Noilly Prat® French vermouth and Angostura® bitters.
Ingredients:
1 dash Ricard® pastis
2 oz gin
2 dashes Noilly Prat® French vermouth
1 dash Angostura® bitters
Method:
Place a dash of ricard into a cocktail glass and swill to coat the inside. Pour out the excess. Chill the gin, vermouth and bitters by stirring with ice, and strain into the prepared glass. Serve.
