The Colony Room Cocktail is a bold cocktails made with 1 dash Ricard® pastis, 2 oz gin and 2 dashes Noilly Prat® French vermouth.
Ingredients
- 1 dash Ricard® pastis
- 2 oz gin
- 2 dashes Noilly Prat® French vermouth
- 1 dash Angostura® bitters
Instructions
- Place a dash of ricard into a cocktail glass and swill to coat the inside.
- Pour out the excess.
- Chill the gin, vermouth and bitters by stirring with ice, and strain into the prepared glass.
- Serve.
