Copacabana

A yummy recipe for Copacabana made with cachaca, chocolate syrup, pineapple juice, papaya juice and cream.

Ingredients:
1 3/4 oz cachaca
3/4 oz chocolate syrup
3/4 oz pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz papaya juice
3/4 oz cream

Method:
Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, and strain into a large highball glass. Fill with crushed ice, and serve.

Serve in:
Highball Glass
