Ingredients:
2 oz white creme de menthe
1/2 oz brandy
Method:
Pour the white creme de menthe into a brandy snifter filled with crushed ice. Carefully pour the brandy over the back of a teaspoon in order to float it on top of the creme de menthe. Serve.
