A tantalizing recipe for Discovery Bay made with brandy, Cointreau® orange liqueur, lemon sherbet and ginger ale.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz brandy
1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
2 oz lemon sherbet
2 oz ginger ale
Method:
Add brandy, Cointreau, lemon sherbet and ginger ale to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with ginger ale, and serve.
