A tantalizing recipe for Edith Day Cocktail made with dry gin, grapefruit juice, egg and sugar.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz dry gin
1 oz grapefruit juice
1 egg white
1/2 tsp sugar
Method:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Pour over shaved ice in a champagne flute, and serve.
