A tantalizing recipe for Cloister made with gin, Yellow Chartreuse®, grapefruit juice, lemon juice and superfine sugar.

2 oz gin
1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse®
1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp superfine sugar

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Serve in:
Cocktail Glass
