The Eruption is a smoky cocktails made with 2 oz Canadian whisky and 1/2 oz creme de cassis.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Canadian whisky
- 1/2 oz creme de cassis
Instructions
- Pour the whisky and creme de cassis into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes.
- Stir well, and strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
