The Fiddlers Toast is a crisp cocktails made with 3 oz Champagne, 1/2 oz Grand Marnier® orange liqueur and 1/2 oz lime juice.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Champagne
- 1/2 oz Grand Marnier® orange liqueur
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 2 oz orange juice
- Blue Curacao liqueur
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Pour champagne, grand marnier and juices into a wine goblet three-quarters filled with broken ice.
- Add a slice of orange, and float a curacao-soaked sugar cube on top.
- Serve with short straws.
