A tantalizing recipe for Fruit Rum Frappe made with light rum, creme de bananes, creme de cassis, orange juice and crushed ice.
Ingredients:
1 oz light rum
1/2 oz creme de bananes
1/2 tsp creme de cassis
1/2 oz orange juice
1/2 cup crushed ice
Method:
Pour the rum, creme de bananes, creme de cassis and orange juice into a blender with half a cup of crushed ice. Blend well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
