The Red Dwarf does one thing well: citrusy with a fruity edge. Made with Bacardi® white rum, lemon juice, and orange juice.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Bacardi® white rum
- 1/3 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz orange juice
- 1 oz peach schnapps
- 1/3 oz creme de cassis
Instructions
- Mix rum, lemon juice, orange juice and peach schnapps together with plenty of ice in a shaker.
- Pour into a chilled highball glass.
- Add creme de cassis; allowing it to form a layer at the bottom of the glass.
- Garnish with cherries, orange or lemon to taste, and serve.
