Fruit Shake

Fruit yoghurt, banana, frozen orange juice, and apple blended into a thick, nutrient-dense shake. The frozen OJ concentrate gives it a slushy texture while the banana adds natural creaminess. A breakfast-on-the-go classic that’s as healthy as it is filling.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fruit yoghurt
  • 1 banana
  • 4 oz frozen orange juice
  • 1/2 piece apples
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

Blend until smooth.
