Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Gamble features 1 oz apricot brandy, 3/4 oz Mandarine Napoleon® orange liqueur and 1/2 oz sweet sherry.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz apricot brandy
  • 3/4 oz Mandarine Napoleon® orange liqueur
  • 1/2 oz sweet sherry
  • 1 oz mango juice
  • 3 tbsp vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice.
  2. Serve in a wine goblet.
