Happy Colada

A luscious recipe for Happy Colada made with coconut rum, Blue Curacao liqueur and pineapple juice.

Ingredients:
2 oz coconut rum
1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
6 oz pineapple juice

Method:
Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a collins glass 3/4 filled with ice, and serve.

Serve in:
Collins Glass
