There's something satisfying about a well-made Havana Cocktail. This sun-soaked version uses light rum, pineapple juice, and lemon juice for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.
Ingredients
- 1 oz light rum
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
