Simple, bright and tropical, and built from light rum, Galliano® herbal liqueur, and apricot brandy — the Ice Palace is a no-brainer.
Ingredients
- 1 oz light rum
- 1/2 oz Galliano® herbal liqueur
- 1/2 oz apricot brandy
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1/4 oz lemon juice
- 1 slice orange
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients (except orange slice) with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes.
- Garnish with the slice of orange and a cherry (if desired) and serve.
