Ice Palace

Simple, bright and tropical, and built from light rum, Galliano® herbal liqueur, and apricot brandy — the Ice Palace is a no-brainer.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz light rum
  • 1/2 oz Galliano® herbal liqueur
  • 1/2 oz apricot brandy
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1 slice orange

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients (except orange slice) with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes.
  2. Garnish with the slice of orange and a cherry (if desired) and serve.

Serve In
