Tanzanian Tonic

Whether you're mixing for yourself or making a round, the Tanzanian Tonic is a classic choice. Pineapple juice, apricot nectar, and peach nectar make this one both impressive and approachable.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup apricot nectar
  • 1 cup peach nectar
  • 2 oz lemon juice
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz grenadine syrup
  • 6 oz light rum
  • 1 dash dark rum

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour over ice in 4oz glasses, and add a dash of dark rum to each.
  3. Garnish with halves orange slices and stemmed maraschino cherries.

Serve In
