Whether you're mixing for yourself or making a round, the Tanzanian Tonic is a classic choice. Pineapple juice, apricot nectar, and peach nectar make this one both impressive and approachable.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup apricot nectar
- 1 cup peach nectar
- 2 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz orange juice
- 1 oz grenadine syrup
- 6 oz light rum
- 1 dash dark rum
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour over ice in 4oz glasses, and add a dash of dark rum to each.
- Garnish with halves orange slices and stemmed maraschino cherries.
