A luscious recipe for Highland Cooler made with Scotch whisky, Angostura® bitters, lemon juice, powdered sugar and ginger ale.
Ingredients:
1 oz Scotch whisky
2 dashes Angostura® bitters
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp powdered sugar
4 oz ginger ale
Method:
Pour the Scotch whisky, Angostura bitters, orange juice and sugar into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Fill with ginger ale, and serve.
