A luscious recipe for Hoot Mon Cocktail made with Scotch whisky, sweet vermouth and benedictine herbal liqueur.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
1 tsp benedictine herbal liqueur
Method:
Pour the Scotch whisky, vermouth and benedictine into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a twist of lemon peel, and serve.
