The Indian Tea is a sweet coffee-tea made with 1 oz gold rum, 3/4 oz amaretto almond liqueur and 5 oz hot black tea.
Ingredients
- 1 oz gold rum
- 3/4 oz amaretto almond liqueur
- 5 oz hot black tea
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Gently simmer tea and peel in a small saucepan for 1 – 2 minutes.
- Add liquors and pour made with peel, into a cup.
- Serve.
