Indigo Blues

There's something satisfying about a well-made Indigo Blues. This island-inspired version uses Jose Cuervo® Especial gold tequila, triple sec, and Blue Curacao liqueur for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 oz Jose Cuervo® Especial gold tequila
  • 5/8 oz triple sec
  • 1/4 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
  • 2 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix
  • juice of 1/2 limes
  • 1 splash pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Shake and strain into an ice-filled hurricane glass with a salted rim.
  2. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Serve In
