A yummy recipe for Jamaica Fever made with brandy, dark rum, pineapple juice, mango syrup and lemon juice.
Ingredients:
3/4 oz brandy
1 1/2 oz dark rum
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
3/4 oz mango syrup
3/4 oz lemon juice
Method:
Shake well over crushed ice in a shaker, and pour into a large highball glass over crushed ice. Add a pineapple chunk and a stemmed cherry, and serve.
