Joyce of Hillhouse

A tantalizing recipe for Joyce of Hillhouse made with sweet vermouth, Scotch whisky and bitters.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz Scotch whisky
1 dash bitters

Method:
Pour the vermouth, whisky and bitters into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve.

Serve in:
Cocktail Glass
