A comforting drink with deep and complex character, the Kahlua Coffee is made with 1 qt water, s sugar, and instant coffee. Nothing more, nothing less.
Ingredients
- 1 qt water
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 tbsp vanilla
Instructions
- Bring to the boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
- Let cool and add vanilla and either a pint or fifth of vodka.
- Drink and enjoy.
