The Irish Cream Liqueur #2 does one thing well: creamy with a rich edge. Made with 2 eggs, s evaporated milk, and chocolate syrup.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/3 cups evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp chocolate syrup
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp instant coffee
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 3/4 cups Irish whiskey
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender, blend well.
- Bottle and let mellow in refrigerator at least one week befor serving.
- this has been found to be best after 1-2 weeks.
- Store in a refrigerator.
- Liqueur at room temperature by removing from refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving.
