Irish Cream Liqueur #2

The Irish Cream Liqueur #2 does one thing well: creamy with a rich edge. Made with 2 eggs, s evaporated milk, and chocolate syrup.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp instant coffee
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups Irish whiskey

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, blend well.
  2. Bottle and let mellow in refrigerator at least one week befor serving.
  3. this has been found to be best after 1-2 weeks.
  4. Store in a refrigerator.
  5. Liqueur at room temperature by removing from refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving.
