A luscious recipe for Knickerbocker Special made with white rum, triple sec, orange juice, raspberry syrup and lime juice.
Ingredients:
2 oz white rum
1/2 tsp triple sec
1 tsp orange juice
1 tsp raspberry syrup
1 tsp lime juice
Method:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a small slice of pineapple, and serve.
