Lassi – Sweet #2

A quick and simple sweet lassi — yoghurt, ice, lemon juice, and sugar blended until frothy. The lemon adds a citrus tang that brightens the yoghurt’s creaminess. A staple post-meal cooldown drink across India and Pakistan.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop ice
  • 2 scoops yoghurt
  • 1 splash lemon juice
  • 8 handfuls sugar
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 1 squirt rosewater

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Adjust ingredients to taste, ensuring the right amount of ice is added.
