Pineapple juice, grapefruit juice, coconut cream, whipping cream, and grenadine blended with ice into a creamy tropical frozen drink. The grenadine settles to the bottom creating a sunset effect through the white coconut-cream base. A resort-style virgin cocktail with postcard-worthy presentation.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 1/2 oz whipping cream
  • 1 tsp grenadine syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend briefly with three-quarters of a glassful of crushed ice in a wine goblet.
  2. Garnish with in-season fruit and serve with short straws.
