The Monkey Island is a tropical shots-shooters made with 2 parts 99 Bananas® banana schnapps, 2 parts Malibu® coconut rum and 1 part white creme de cacao.
Ingredients
- 2 parts 99 Bananas® banana schnapps
- 2 parts Malibu® coconut rum
- 1 part white creme de cacao
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well, strain into a shot glass, and serve.
