A bright and citrusy drink featuring botanical gin, the Monte Carlo Imperial blends 3/4 oz gin, 1/4 oz white creme de menthe and 1/4 – 3/4 oz lemon juice.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz gin
- 1/4 oz white creme de menthe
- 1/4 – 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 4 oz Champagne
Instructions
- Shake gin, creme de menthe and lemon juice well over ice cubes in a shaker.
- Strain into a champagne flute, fill with champagne, and serve.
