Mott Street Manhattan

A mouthwatering recipe for Mott Street Manhattan made with bourbon whiskey, sweet vermouth, ginseng extract and lychee.

2 1/2 oz bourbon whiskey
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes ginseng extract
1 lychee nut

Mix all liquid ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Add a lychee nut, and serve.
