A rich and smoky drink featuring botanical gin, the Paisley Martini blends 2 oz gin, 1 tsp Scotch whisky and 1/2 oz dry vermouth.
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1 tsp Scotch whisky
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- 1 twist lemon peel
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) over ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass.
- Add a twist of lemon peel and serve.
