A tempting recipe for Pink Gin Tonic made with gin, tonic water, Campari® bitters and lime.
Ingredients:
2 oz gin
5 oz tonic water
1 splash Campari® bitters
1 lime wedge
Method:
Pour the gin and the tonic water into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well, top with campari (to add more colour and taste), and garnish with a lime wedge.
