A elegant drink with bright and citrus-forward character, the Cherries from Heaven is made with cherry brandy, lemon juice, and bitters. Nothing more, nothing less.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz cherry brandy
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 dash bitters
- 4 oz tonic water
Instructions
- Pour the cherry brandy, lemon juice and bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes.
- Top with tonic water, and stir well.
- Garnish with a lime wedge, and serve.
