The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn is a smoky cocktails made with 1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky, 1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur and 1/2 oz maraschino liqueur.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
- 1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
- 1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
- 1 oz heavy cream
Instructions
- Combine the scotch, kahlua, and maraschino liqueur in a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes.
- Stir well, and strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes.
- Pour the cream over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top of the drink.
Serve In
