Pistachio Rumba

A tempting recipe for Pistachio Rumba made with white rum and pistachio ice cream.

Ingredients:
2 oz white rum
3 tbsp pistachio ice cream

Method:
Blend briefly in a wine goblet half-filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a slice of lime and a cherry. Serve with short straws.
