A tempting recipe for Plaza Cocktail made with dry vermouth, sweet vermouth, gin and pineapple.
Ingredients:
3/4 oz dry vermouth
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
3/4 oz gin
1 pineapple stick
Method:
Shake all ingredients (except pineapple stick) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the stick of pineapple and serve.
