A gratifying recipe for Quebec Cocktail made with Canadian whisky, dry vermouth, Amer Picon® orange bitters and maraschino liqueur.
Ingredients:
2 oz Canadian whisky
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1 tsp Amer Picon® orange bitters
1 tsp maraschino liqueur
Method:
Pour Canadian whisky, vermouth, Amer Picon and maraschino into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
