Bittersweet and Medium to prepare, the Manhattan Perfect features 1 1/2 oz Canadian whisky, 1/4 oz dry vermouth and 1/4 oz rosso vermouth.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Canadian whisky
- 1/4 oz dry vermouth
- 1/4 oz rosso vermouth
- 2 – 3 dashes Angostura® bitters
Instructions
- Stir well in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with a cherry, and serve.
