This tart recipe combines 4 oz Champagne, 1/2 oz Marie Brizard® Poire Williams pear liqueur and 1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur into a Medium-to-make drink.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Champagne
- 1/2 oz Marie Brizard® Poire Williams pear liqueur
- 1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz grapefruit juice
Instructions
- Rim a wine glass with grenadine and caster sugar.
- Shake all ingredients (except champagne) and strain into the glass.
- Add champagne, and serve.
