Royal Silver

This tart recipe combines 4 oz Champagne, 1/2 oz Marie Brizard® Poire Williams pear liqueur and 1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur into a Medium-to-make drink.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Champagne
  • 1/2 oz Marie Brizard® Poire Williams pear liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz grapefruit juice

Instructions

  1. Rim a wine glass with grenadine and caster sugar.
  2. Shake all ingredients (except champagne) and strain into the glass.
  3. Add champagne, and serve.

Serve In
