Royale Coffee

The Royale Coffee is a sweet coffee-tea made with 1 oz cognac, 5 oz hot black coffee and 1 1/2 oz whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz cognac
  • 5 oz hot black coffee
  • 1 1/2 oz whipped cream
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Add coffee and cognac to an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste.
  2. Gently float whipped cream on top, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve.

Serve In
