Rum Daisy

The Rum Daisy is a tangy cocktails made with 2 oz dark rum, 1 oz lemon juice and 1/2 tsp superfine sugar.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
  • 1/2 tsp grenadine syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine the rum, lemon juice, sugar, and grenadine in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well, and pour into an old-fashioned glass.
  3. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange slice, and serve.
