Rum Sazerac

The Rum Sazerac is a bold cocktails made with 2 oz white rum, 1 – 2 dashes Pernod® licorice liqueur and 1 – 2 dashes Angostura® bitters.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 – 2 dashes Pernod® licorice liqueur
  • 1 – 2 dashes Angostura® bitters
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Soak one sugar cube in angostura bitters – in an old-fashioned glass, and crush with a pestle.
  2. Add ice cubes, pour in rum, add a few dashed of pernod and fill with water.
  3. Serve.

Serve In
