Rum Sazerac

A yummy recipe for Rum Sazerac made with white rum, Pernod® licorice liqueur, Angostura® bitters and sugar.

Ingredients:
2 oz white rum
1 – 2 dashes Pernod® licorice liqueur
1 – 2 dashes Angostura® bitters
1 tsp sugar

Method:
Soak one sugar cube in angostura bitters – in an old-fashioned glass, and crush with a pestle. Add ice cubes, pour in rum, add a few dashed of pernod and fill with water. Serve.

Serve in:
Old-Fashioned Glass
