The Rum Sazerac is a bold cocktails made with 2 oz white rum, 1 – 2 dashes Pernod® licorice liqueur and 1 – 2 dashes Angostura® bitters.
Ingredients
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 – 2 dashes Pernod® licorice liqueur
- 1 – 2 dashes Angostura® bitters
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Soak one sugar cube in angostura bitters – in an old-fashioned glass, and crush with a pestle.
- Add ice cubes, pour in rum, add a few dashed of pernod and fill with water.
- Serve.
