A refreshingly tart drink built on smooth rum, the Santiago blends 1 1/2 oz white rum, 1/2 oz triple sec and 3/4 oz lime juice.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 1 tsp grenadine syrup
- 1/2 oz sugar syrup
Instructions
- Shake and strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with broken ice.
- Add a speared cherry, and serve.
