A refreshingly tart drink built on smooth rum, the Santiago blends 1 1/2 oz white rum, 1/2 oz triple sec and 3/4 oz lime juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz white rum
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 1 tsp grenadine syrup
  • 1/2 oz sugar syrup

Instructions

  1. Shake and strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with broken ice.
  2. Add a speared cherry, and serve.

Serve In
