The Scottalian is a citrus-forward cocktails made with 1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky, 1 oz amaretto almond liqueur and 1 oz triple sec.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
- 1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
- 1 oz triple sec
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz orange juice
- 1 tsp grenadine syrup
Instructions
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients except the Grenadine.
- Shake well.
- Strain into an old-fashioned glass.
- Add ice if you like.
- Drop the Grenadine into the center and serve.
