A delightful recipe for Scottalian made with Scotch whisky, amaretto almond liqueur, triple sec, lemon juice, orange juice and grenadine syrup.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1 oz triple sec
1 oz lemon juice
2 oz orange juice
1 tsp grenadine syrup
Method:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients except the Grenadine. Shake well. Strain into an old-fashioned glass. Add ice if you like. Drop the Grenadine into the center and serve.
