A luscious recipe for Jay Leno made with Scotch whisky, amaretto almond liqueur and lemon juice.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
3/4 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/8 oz fresh lemon juice
Method:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
