A delightful recipe for Sea Fizz made with Deva® absinthe, lemon juice, sugar, egg and soda water.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Deva® absinthe
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1 egg white
soda water
Method:
Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass and fill with seltzer.
