The Bird of Paradise Cooler belongs in every home bartender's repertoire. With just 6 ingredients, you get a aromatic and complex drink that punches well above its weight.
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp grenadine syrup
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 1 egg white
- soda water
Instructions
- Pour the gin, lemon juice, grenadine, superfine sugar and egg white into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice.
- Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
- Fill with soda/sparkling water.
- Stir well, and serve.
