A yummy recipe for Southern Ginger made with dry ginger ale, mint, sugar syrup and lemon juice.
Ingredients:
5 oz dry ginger ale
1 mint sprig
1/2 oz sugar syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice
Method:
Crush the mint gently in a highball glass. Fill with broken ice, add remaining ingredients and mix gently. Add straws, and serve.
