Spanish-style hot chocolate — milk heated with sweet chocolate, cinnamon, and beaten egg yolks stirred in at the end for richness. Spanish hot chocolate is traditionally thicker and more intense than other versions, almost pudding-like. The cinnamon adds warmth without overwhelming the chocolate.
